Favorite Winter Skincare Products, Image Skincare

I don't know about you but this cold weather we are having here in Scotland has been playing havoc with my skin.
I'm lucky that in general I have quite good skin, its mostly normal in tone but gets a little dehydrated at times, nothing major though. However the recent winter chill has made my skin flare up with some awful dry patches.
When this happens I know its time to ditch my regular skincare routine and bring out the big guns.

I've written about my love for Image Skincare in the past, Image is a professional skincare brand sold in salons and has loads of different products to tailor to your skins needs.
The Vital C range is my favorite and the one which seems to work best with my skin the range contains vitamins A, C and E as well as antioxidants which are ideal for dry/dehydrated skin, rosacea, or sensitive skin due to environmental factors (ie. the freezing cold and wind of Glasgow). The range is also paraben free. My favorite thing about the products are their lovely scent, the Vital C range is quite zingy with herbal and citrus notes. Some may not enjoy as much as others though.

I've been using the Hydrating Anti-Aging Serum morning and night, I apply this straight after cleansing my face and allow to sink in a little. Depending on the time of day I will then use either the Hydrating Repair Cream (night) or the Prevention + Daily Hydrating Moisturiser (morning, as has SPF 30). So far this seems to be helping a little by creating a barrier between my skin and the elements. My tone is improving which means my makeup goes on a lot easier and feels very soft.

Image has several different ranges depending on your skin concerns. Products can be ordered via participating Salons, the closest Salons to Glasgow are The Parlour in Newton Mearns and Body and Mind Salon in Bearsden.
