2013 - Resolutions

This post may come as a little late as it is now the 5th January, however better late than never I'd say. 

I've never really made any New Year Resolutions before so now seems as good a time as any to start. I'd really like 2013 to be the year where I'm fully happy with myself and appearance so there is quite a few health resolutions here.

1. Eat more fruit and veg - I eat a lot of fruit and veg on the whole but I'd like to make sure I get at least my 5 a day. I have a fantastic smoothie maker so I've raided the fruit and veg section of the supermarket and plan on having an amazing smoothie for breakfast.


2. Make use of my Skinny Sprinkles - These are a fantastic weight loss aid as they really do work to stop those mid morning/afternoon hunger pangs, I always start off well then seem to forget.

3. Hit the gym more often - I'd like to aim to go once a day for at least an hour. I'd like to lose 20lbs asap so I think this could be easily achieved if I got my bum off the sofa more.

4. Use less Hair Dye - I've been trying to grow my hair and get it into really good condition. Its not terrible as I don't use heat or products but could definitely benefit from me ditching the bleach and dye so I've switched to using henna to see if that will give me mermaid locks.

5. Get Organised - I am the most disorganised person ever so I would like to sort out my wardrobe firstly and give anything I've not worn in a while to charity/the bin.

6. Read More - I read quite a lot but only when the notion takes me. I read around 40 books in 2012 which is great so I'd like to aim for that again this year. Also I'd like to include more non-fiction.
7. See my friends -  I think this one is the most important, I'm always either working or busy so I hardly ever find enough time to see my buddies, I'll definitely be making more time this year.

I think most of these are achiveable so fingers crossed I'll stick to them.
