What I'm Burning: Heyland and Whittle Green Tea and Grapefruit Candle

Wednesday, January 21, 2015

When it comes to candles I normally favour something very sweet and almost sickly scented, (think Yankee Candles Salted Caramel...mmm) however this year I've been filling my house with more of a fresher scent.

This week I've been burning this gorgeous Green Tea and Grapefruit Candle from Heyland and Whittle. Its no secret that I'm a massive fan of all things Grapefruit scented so this candle is right up my street. It's a zesty, light citrus scent which also has something slightly herbal about it, I assume that is the green tea.  Whatever it is I adore it, the candle is very uplifting which is perfect for starting off a New Year! I like to burn this early in the morning while I'm having a nice herbal tea before work, Teapigs Peppermint Leaves is my current favorite

Heyland and Whittle are a quality soap and fragrance manufacturer based in England. The products are all handmade and candles use 100% pure soy wax.
You can visit the Heyland and Whittle website for stockists, this candle was bought via John Lewis and costs £12.00 with a burn time of around 35 hours.
