Benefit Puff Off Sneak Peek

Monday, November 17, 2014

I recently got my hands on Benefit's fantastic new eye product, "Puff Off". This doesn't hit the shops until January 2015 so its a little bit of an (almost) exclusive.

Benefit have two different types of products, Fake-its and Fix-its. Fix-its are products which help improve the condition of the skin whereas Fake-its, well... help to fake the look of amazing skin/eyes/lips.  Puff Off falls into the Fake-it category and is a sort of eye gel which helps de-puff the eyes and get rid of the dreaded dark circles. It comes housed in a squeezy tube and has the cutest little, silver iron shaped applicator tip.

To use Puff Off, simply squeeze out a small amount and dot around the eye area, the same as you would with any other eye cream. Then glide over the area with the tip to "iron" out any problem areas. The gel feels instantly cooling and tightening (but not in an uncomfortable way) and can be worn under or over makeup and can be used alongside your usual skincare products.

I've been using Puff Off for a good few days now and I notice a big difference, especially after staying up past Midnight most nights. It doesn't claim to banish dark circles forever but its certainly a good way to fake 8 hours sleep.

Benefit Puff Off launches around the 31st January and I'd imagine will retail at around the £20-24 mark for 10ml of product. (I'll keep you posted on that)
