What I'm Burning: Flamingo Applecurrant Crumble

Wednesday, November 05, 2014

Apple crumble is my favourite desert. I always make a massive one at Christmas and I add loads of cinnamon and cranberries. My kitchen always smells lovely after it so when I discovered Flamingo Candles Applecurrant Crumble, I was amazed to find out the scent is almost identical.

"Applecurrant Crumble is a delicious blend of warm apple puree and brown sugar highlighted by fruity notes of raisin, rich plum and lemon peel. All of this is covered with a golden topping of all-butter pastry crumble."

I have been burning this non-stop recently, it fills my entire house with a warm, home baking scent. It really is delicious. The only issue is that my partner always is disappointed that I'm not making him a tasty treat.

Flamingo Candles come in a huge variety of scents and are made using soybeans and natural cotton wicks. The classic square jar candles are £12.00 and have a burn time of around 50 hours. They also all feature a cute cutout of Florrie the Flamingo.
