I've developed a love of Shearer Candles recently. They have such beautiful scents and fill the entire house with their lovely aromas.
I'm trying to will back the nice weather by burning something Summery this week (although Shearer's Watermelon candle is actually from their Spring collection.)
The Watermelon Gift Box (£15.00) is simply stunning, it comes housed in a pretty box (which matches my wallpaper nicely) I've been using the box to store makeup brushes. The candle itself is hand made in Scotland and has been poured within an elegant glass jar and has around 40 hours burning time.


Watermelon is a juicy, almost tropical scent which is very sweet. My partner was annoyed because he thought I'd been baking some kind of wonderful treat for him when I was burning this. No such luck for him sadly. Even after the candle has been snuffed out the scent lingers on for hours.
