I keep telling people I'm not a lipstick fan but recently, more often than not, I've found myself reaching for a bold shade recently.
Urban Decay have sort of been my enablers in this newly found lipstick phase. In the summer they released their entire lipstick collection and brought out 100 new shades and formulas.
Quite a bold move for a makeup brand but one that has definitely worked in their favor.

The Urban Decay Vice Lipstick range has 120 different shades in 6 formulas, Comfort Matte, Metallized, Cream, Sheer, Sheer Shimmer and Mega Matte. There are also 50 lip pencils to match the collection. All the lipsticks have been repackaged and come housed in a shiny, bullet-style casing, they've also been reformulated to contain lip conditioners, nourishing oils and antioxidants.


Urban Decay very kindly sent me a little sample pack to try out some of the shades, which is great as I've found a few colours I thought I'd never wear but really like.
I've tried out quite a few shades and so far my favorite is Blackmail which is a deep, plummy shade. I've been on the hunt for 90's brown shade, 1993 for a while but its always been sold out, I'll get my hands on it one day!

Urban Decay will also be launching the amazing Blackmail Lipstick Palette very soon, which contains 12 lipsticks. This is perfect for those who'd like to have a wide range of shades but eliminates the need for lots of tubes, which is really handy. Not something that is a "must have" for me personally as I'd much rather go for an eye palette but a fantastic gift for lipstick lovers!
