DKNY Be Desired Eau de Parfum

Tuesday, November 10, 2015

DKNY Be Delicious perfumes seem to just attract me like a magpie, maybe its the gorgeous scents, maybe its the cute, shiny bottles but I just love those little apples.
The newest addition to the Be Delicious range for A/W 2015 is Be Desired which has been released as part of the permanent line.

The much loved fruity scent are still there however Be Desired is a little more grown up than its predecessors. The new fragrance is announced as a fresh, lush, wet and addictive scent of a modern Eve. Be Desired has top notes of orange, blackcurrant, violet leaf and grapefruit, heart notes of acacia flower, cassis absolute, Asian jasmine and Turkish rose and finally cedar, cashmere and amber wood for the base notes. Oddly though there aren't any apple notes in this fragrance as it leans more towards the floral side.

The fragrance is fresh, clean and fruity but the cedar and amber wood gives it an alluring, smoky finish so could easily be worn day or night.
The packaging is the typical apple shape but as with all Be Delicious fragrances, has its own identifying features. The top is a much darker green which definitely reflects the darker notes within this bottle.

DKNY Be Desired is available now (£33-£90 via Debenhams)
