Makeup Mix-Up

Friday, June 13, 2014

It has been incredibly warm and humid in Glasgow this past week. We've had the windows open constantly to cool down the house a bit.
Due to this heat I've not been wearing a huge amount of makeup, instead choosing to inject a tiny pop of colour using the Illamasqua Fatale Palette. I've been lining my lower lashline with a different shade each day and using Benefit Creaseless cream on the lid finishing off with a slick of MAC mascara and YSL liner on my waterline.
I've stuck with my usual stapes for brows, liquid liner and powder and added Illamasqua's Skin Base foundation mixed with a little Benefit High Beam to even out and brighten my skintone. I've still got huge bags under my eyes from being ill recently but Collections Lasting Perfection concealer covers them up with no trouble.
Finally I've used a multipurpose W7 powder to lightly contour/blush and a lovely fruity gloss on my lips.

Happy Friday the 13th Everyone!
