The List Hot 100 Party

Monday, January 07, 2013

Just before Christmas I went along to The List Hot 100 party in the Arches.

The List is an Edinburgh-based fortnightly entertainment event listings magazine which was first published in 1985 and serves as a UK "Whats On" Guide.

The Hot 100 party was to celebrate their annual countdown of the top creative talent in Scotland.
I'm a huge fan of The Arches so I thought this was a great choice of venue to show off some of the talent.

I was invited by Juliet (Ever So Juliet) and brought along my friend to enjoy the evening. We had a great time listening to some of the Hot 100 talent on the decks including, Cry Parrot, Auntie Flo, Eclair Fifi and Silk Cut.

Drinks were provided by Ginger Grouse, I love any ginger flavoured drink but sadly as I had the car with me I only had a little sip but I can confirm it was delicious and I'll definitely have to get some more soon.

Ginger Grouse also had a little art installation set up which was showing off some three artists different impressions of "A Taste Adventure" to help depict this exciting new brand.

I think our favourite part of the night was the photobooth, any excuse to pose and take pictures then I'm there.

Overall it was a fab night and I'd like to thank Juliet for inviting us along.

The Arches is located at 253 Argyle Street, Glasgow.
