MAC Single Eyeshadow Review - Nylon

Friday, October 26, 2012

I'm a massive fan of MAC single eyeshadows they are a staple in my makeup collection as they really are great quality and have loads of shades and finishes to choose from.

I've been needing a new highlight shade recently so I picked up Nylon at the duty free on my way back from my recent trip.

Nylon is frost finish and is a white gold shade and has a gorgeous shine. I like my brow highlight shades to be warm toned and this has yellowish undertones so is perfect for me.
It is slightly less yellow than in the photographs though and a little lighter.

MAC Frost Finish eyeshadows can have a tendency to verge towards the gritty/chunky glitter side however I find Nylon to be buttery smooth to apply and much more glossy than glittery.

I can see Nylon being my new go-to highlight shade. It is part of MAC's permanant line so should be easilly available.

MAC single eyeshadows are available from the MAC website and MAC stores and retail at £12.00 in the pot or £10.00 in the pan only.
Mine came in the pot as the airport didn't have any pro pans but I'll be depotting mine asap. (look out for a post on how I do this and still Back 2 MAC the pot)

There are two MAC counters in Glasgow one in House of Fraser on Argyle/Buchanan Street and one in Debenhams Silverburn.
