A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of visiting Glasgow's Village Hotel and Spa with fashion brand Boohoo.
I've been a bit ill recently and the idea of a spa evening was right up my street. I've never visited the Village Hotel but had heard some lovely things about it. I visited on a rainy Tuesday evening, the hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride from Glasgow Central Station which is great for visitors too the city. It's also just across from the Glasgow Science Centre and near the Hydro so really handy for tourists or those going to see a concert.

Boohoo had kindly sent me some swimwear to use at the spa. I chose the Peru High Waist Bikini Briefs and the Rome Moulded Bikini Top in black from the mix and match swimwear range. I like that Boohoo offer separates as well as bikini sets as my top and bottom size aren't always the same.


I arrived at the hotel and went straight to the relaxation room in the spa to drop of my bits then straight on to the pool and spa. The swimming pool in the Village Hotel is heated so was lovely after coming in from a rainy Glasgow day. I enjoyed swimming a few lengths and then a little chill in the Jacuzzi. Luckily I was wearing waterproof makeup as I completely forgot to remove it before diving in.



After visiting the pool we headed back to the spa area where we had a little facial masterclass. The spa therapists talked us through how to give ourselves a little diy facial using Espa products. I really enjoyed trying out the products for myself as often I have a facial and forget how to use everything I take home.
I was also gifted these beautiful Pastel Bristle Unicorn Makeup Brushes from Boohoo. I haven't been able to bring myself to use them yet as they are too pretty but they are great quality with very soft bristles. I think they would make the perfect gift for any makeup lover.


Before leaving the Hotel, Lynsay and I decided to get some food in the hotel bar. I had some amazing nachos and Lynsey had a vegetarian wrap, we were both really impressed with the quality.
I had a wonderful time visiting the hotel and spa with Boohoo. I look forward to hopefully staying in a Village Hotel in future.
