Fitness Post with Zoggs Swimwear

Thursday, May 23, 2013

I’m on a bit of a fitness kick at the moment and have been killing myself at body pump and the likes for the past few weeks.

I’m not the gym’s biggest fan but I do like classes and used to love going swimming. I haven’t been in the pool for a few years though, mostly due to the fear of my hair dye ruining the pool, (Pillar Box Red and Swimming really don’t go together well) Now that I use Henna in my hair I can now get back to the pool without worrying.

My old swimsuits/bikinis are a bit sorry looking these days so I threw them all out and I’m on the hunt for something new. Ideally I’d like something quite stylish that also offers support.

On my hunt I’ve noticed that Zoggs, have a great range of womens swimwear with some lovely pieces suited to all shapes and sizes, such as maternity, performance and cup-sized.

I tend to favour two piece,  “Tankinis” over one piece Swimming Costumes  as I find them more comfortable. I particularly like the Eden Tankini Top (£35.00) and Eden Skirted Briefs (£15.00).  I think the pattern and the colours will be great for summer and perfect for popping in your suitcase for some beach holiday sunbathing.

I’m off to Glastonbury Festival in a few weeks and prefer to wear bikini tops when I’m there as often the weather gets very warm and its far more acceptable to walk around in than a bra. I also find halter straps much more comfortable. The Eden Bikini Top (£35.00) would be great for that. (Although I think I will definitely need to swim and gym every day until then to look semi-decent in one).
